I.T. Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • The IT Specialist will take care of all computer and network systems of the organization
  • He/ She will be in charge of all installation, cabling and networking of all systems and applications.
  • The IT Specialist will also take care of basic presentation and installation of directional signage’s, posters, advertisements of the hotel
  • IT Specialist will recommend repair, upgrade or purchase of computer and other IT equipment.
  • IT Specialist will at all times maintain inventory of all items in his department including logs of maintenance record.
  • IT will directly to HR Manager

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of 4 years IT related course, preferably in computer science, information technology or management information systems.
  • At least 2 years working experience as IT Specialist.
  • Proficient in Windows and IOS
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer software, hardware,  networking, cabling, troubleshooting
  • Creative and with knowledge in basic lay outing
  • Flexible, people person, team player and hardworking
  • Good in English both in oral and writing

Job Description:

  • As Frontdesk Associate, you will be responsible in greeting guests, welcoming them to our facility, and assisting them throughout their stay with complete satisfaction.
  • You will ensure that all guest folios and registration form  are accurate and completely filled out
  • You need to be very flexible and accommodating.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to handle questions, complaints and needs of our guests both in person and on the phone is vital.
  • You must be able to handle hotel bookings, make reservations and setting appointments effectively and efficiently
  • You must be able to sell and up-sell to increase revenue
  • Minimize hotel expenses and utilities at all costs by closely monitoring usage and occupancy
  • Must be opened for temporary support and assignment of our hotel outside Metro Manila


• Experience in Front Office and Reception is preferred
